One of the most exhausting exercises that one can do is the Kettlebell Snatch. It is a total body power exercise that will teach you to use every inch of your body to create the momentum necessary to get the bell overhead.

In this video I will explain the different variations of the Snatch from novice to expert. Start with the first variation, and as you master each one, move on to the next. Add the Snatch to the beginning of your workout, after an extensive warmup ofcourse, to kick your workout into the next gear.

I recommend using Tabata Intervals: work for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and repeat for 4 minutes alternating arms for every work interval; i.e. 20 seconds on the left, rest for 10, 20 seconds on the right, etc.

All, I highly recommend this book and program once you have perfected the snatch and your cardio is at an advanced level. This program promises to challenge your current conditioning level and deliver it to a higher level. The book is very detailed and provides a great overview of the science behind the program.
