I have read that Ajarn Chai has retired and will only be doing a limited number of seminars per year. Is there any information on the seminars he will be doing?

The only one I know of is the Minneapolis seminar: April 25 & 26 at Sifu Rick Faye's Minnesota Kali Group. If I had to guess the other times/locations - check for dates with the Legends camp (LA at the Inosanto Academy), the Oregon camp and Sifu Francis Fong's Academy (GA). Obviously, the webmaster here will have the definitive schedule when it's available!
