?I& like in NY & currently train at a gym that is NOT a TBA School I want to test for Yellow Prajioud so I have 2 questions
1) Anyone know how I would go about getting tested?
2) What are the requirements for yellow Prajioud? I know part of it is a round on thai pads 60 kicks & 40 knees in 2 mins & 4 counts but sure what else any help would be great

Level 1 Thaiboxer Requirements

Level 1 Thaiboxer Requirements:
-1 year of study under a TBA Kru
-Basic Muay Thai form as determined by your Kru
-Level 1 Thai Test:
60 Kicks and 35 Skip Knees a round for 2 rounds (total 120 kicks and 70 skip knees) against a feeder who does not hit back either round. Rounds are 3 minutes long with 2 minutes rest.
-Disciplined and Respectful

Yellow Prajioud

Hi 8limbs.

The TBA recognizes Level 1 Thaiboxer and Level 2 Thaiboxer ranks, followed by the teaching ranks of Apprentice Instructor, Associate Instructor, Full Instructor and Senior Instructor. Individual schools may have their own ranking system with Prajiouds, in that case you will have to speak to the individual school in question.
