Why you should be taking an Epsom Salt bath!
You get kicked in the leg, punched in the face, and kneed in the gut. You limp around all day long and at night, you twitch. Oh, the love of Muay Thai makes us do crazy things. But what if I told you that taking a nice hot bath in Epsom Salt, could help get rid of those annoying bruises, and help you sleep better at night (twitch free)?
Well it can.

Oregon Camp 2009
Just got back from camp. Wow! It seems that every year gets better. This year was an extraordinary camp with many highlights. Ajarn Chai really gave all those who attended something to remember. The caliber and level of instruction was unmatched in recent history and there was so many to learn from and so much to learn. I am grateful every year not only for the knowlegde I glean but for the new friendships and old reunions of longtime friends. What is intended to be a Muay Thai training camp somehow becomes more and a family is formed through this event.
